Watt-A-Haiku Pamphlet |
In 2000, the Board of Supervisors conceptually approved the Watt Avenue Beautification Master Plan. The master plan identifies numerous roadway infrastructure
improvements for Watt Avenue from State Route 16 to the Capital City Freeway (near Auburn Boulevard). Projects included in the plan will improve the appearance of this corridor and feature a number of enhancements that will increase safety and motorists, pedestrians and bicyclists and for students attending local schools. The project is being implemented in two phases.
