Auburn Blvd Enhancement Study - Howe to Watt Avenue

The Sacramento Department Of Transportation and Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency have conducted a study and developed a special planning area ordinance and streetscape master plan for the Auburn Boulevard corridor between Howe Avenue and Watt Avenue. This project provides for the design and construction of a first phase project based on the streetscape master plan.

The proposed project will include various transportation enhancements within the corridor including:

• landscaping
• streetscape
• lighting enhancements
• bicycle/pedestrian improvements

Funding

The estimated cost for this project is $1.5 million. Project costs will be funded by the Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Authority (SHRA).
